Northern Bloom receives its much anticipated Construction Permit (November 22nd, 2019)
Northern Bloom is pleased to announce that it has finally received its Construction Permit from the City of Laval. The application was submitted almost 1 year ago and after much anticipation, it finally arrived. The company is now ready to begin construction and will commence the build out of the facility on February 1st, 2020.
